Bellevue Hill 01

The brief for this 1930’s Californian-style bungalow, elegantly revived by Luigi Rosselli, emphasized theatrical, informal elements. Ultimately however, the space had to be utilitarian and hardy enough to serve an energetic household of five. The clients’ own dynamic art collection and personal heirlooms were supplemented by newer pieces selected to create eclectic and refined spaces that reconcile seamlessly with the understated architecture.
